How do I sign in?
With "Sign in" at the top right. Signing in runs through PopcornRP Group – there is no password of its own for StreamerHub.gg. Afterwards you connect Twitch, Kick & co. under Settings → Connections; that is not a sign-in.
Does StreamerHub.gg cost anything?
You can start for free. What the plans include and cost is on the start page under "Pricing" and in the panel under Plan – in your currency.
My overlay does not show in OBS.
Check three things: the address in the browser source is the current one (copy it under Overlays – "New address" makes the old one invalid). Width and height of the source match the overlay. And the source is not hidden. Right-click the source → "Refresh" reloads it.
Why do I see no alerts?
Alerts are shown only by an alert box in the overlay. If there is one, check whether the event is ticked there and whether a minimum amount holds it back. Test alerts never appear in OBS on purpose – only in the editor and the preview.
An event from Twitch does not arrive.
Under Settings → Connections Twitch says whether permissions are missing – then "Reconnect". Some events (channel points, polls, hype train) need permissions of their own that are only granted when you connect again.
How do I get the chat into OBS?
Put the multi-chat element into an overlay – it shows every connected platform in one window. For a chat you read and write yourself, use the chat dock under Docks.
The chatbot does not answer.
Under Chatbot the bot has to be switched on for the platform, and the command has to be active. Check the role of the command (moderators only?), its cooldown and whether it only answers online or offline.
How do tips and payouts work?
Tips go through the platform's payment providers. Your share (after the payment fee and your plan's commission) lands under Earnings. After the holding period it becomes payable, and you request the payout there.
Can I review a tip before the stream?
Yes: switch on "Review messages before the stream" under Profile & tips → When someone tips. The tip then waits in activity, docks and chat until you approve it. Tips with blocked words can wait automatically.
How do I set up the Stream Deck?
Install the Stream Deck plugin from the Plugin hub, create an access key on the right and enter it in the plugin. The keys are then ready in the Stream Deck software.
How do I change language, design or currency?
In the header at the top – the choice applies at once and is remembered for your account.
